Aerial Yoga
Aerial yoga is open to all experience levels. Aerial yoga combines the physical practice of yoga with the weightlessness of acrobatics. In our aerial yoga classes, we will use the support of an aerial hammock suspended from the ceiling to assist you into familiar yoga poses we all know and love.
Using the hammock allows you to go deeper into stretches, increases balance, improves core strength, and decompresses the spine. You will leave the class feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Bungee Fitness
Just like you’ve seen on the internet! The hottest new workout craze, bungee fitness, is right here in Dunlap, TN. This fun and addicting exercise class utilizes bungees and harnesses to give you a full body workout that is both low-impact and high-intensity. Expect to have a blast and laugh with some of your closest friends in our bungee fitness class. Come fly with us!
Each class includes 15 minutes of set up, safety checks, and assistance into the bungees. The remaining 45 minutes is dedicated to your flying time.
This class has the following restrictions:
- Must weigh between 90 and 240 pounds to use our harness and bungee system, for your safety
- No recent abdominal surgeries, major health concerns, or pregnancy

Aerial Silks
Aerial silks is a full body workout that will challenge even the most seasoned athlete. You will gain strength and flexibility as you defy gravity by climbing and wrapping yourself in the silks to create beautiful poses.
This class will include a warm up, conditioning, specialized silks skills, and flexibility training.

Lyra (Aerial Hoop)
Have you ever marveled at the acrobatic performers in a circus act? In our Lyra classes, you will have the opportunity to create beautiful poses while balanced around the lyra hoop apparatus.
Lyra (aerial hoop) is a physically demanding class that will have you working your core, upper body, and lower body in unison. In addition to a fun full body workout, you’ll experience increased self-confidence, flexibility, and coordination.

WERQ Fitness
WERQ is the wildly addictive cardio dance workout based on trending pop and hip-hop music. Its mission is to create a judgement-free dance space built on good vibes, a great sweat, and a supportive community.

Yoga
Yoga incorporates mindfulness, breathwork, and poses into a practice designed to increase strength and flexibility while calming the nervous system. Let your breath guide you as you flow through a series of poses, followed by a rest and relaxation period in savasana.

Belly Dance
Learn the techniques and basics for belly dance before building on. This class is good for both beginners and experienced belly dancers. Drop ins are welcome.
